[ Being together feels so much better this time. Away from that forest and the effects of the game, knowing that each move made here is entirely because of them. The conscious decision to swipe his tongue across Wei Ying's own, to hold his face with a broad palm as they kiss, knowing that the hands clutching the back of his own neck, tightening their grip, do so because it is wanted, desired.
He shifts briefly to his elbows as he hoists himself a little further up, letting more of his weight press Wei Wuxian down as he keeps his soulmate trapped there beneath him in a flurry of kisses. It feels wonderful, feels right. Lan Wangji isn't exactly sure what the intention is here and he wonders if Wei Ying is still battling against the call to slumber— it's too hard to tell in the absence of light— but perhaps if he's lucky he will be able to keep this, he thinks. To continue indulging in the taste of his mouth, and if sleep finally takes him they will remain like this, in each other's arms and Wei Ying nicely nestled under him, safe, warm, within optimal distance to steal a few more kisses.

[ Wei Wuxian is still tired, sleep still calling at him even through all of this. But the kisses energize him, despite himself. They have him aching for more, wanting to touch and kiss and... do much more with Lan Wangji than just this. His heart feels so full, so happy, with every kiss than is placed on his lips and he just can't get enough. He's always, always been addicted to any attention he can get from Lan Wangji and this is just the pinnacle of that attention.

His mouth opens for that tongue, letting their mouths move against each other and moaning softly around it. He notices the odd markings of that once-hidden eye— something he does not recognize in the slightest— but if he is surprised by it, or by the news of a supposed clan of exorcists he does not show it, expression subdued and unreadable as it so often is. ]

[ Forever destined to respond whenever his soulmate calls for him, Lan Wangji parts from the kisses, nuzzling at Wei Wuxian's jaw for a moment while allowing himself to speak. What Wei Ying calls for, he doesn't know. Well— he can hope it is what he thinks it is, an open-ended plead for more. It certainly doesn't sound like a no from the tone, a call to stop. He seems perfectly content to be trapped under Lan Wangji's weight, making no effort to struggle or break free.
( Though there is something to be said about that sudden flash of imagery, of Wei Ying attempting to wriggle free from beneath him, pleading for mercy or leniency and being given none. Hmm. )

His mouth roams to nip and kiss at the neck on offer beside it as a hand begins to explore too, slipping under Wei Wuxian's shirt to run over his stomach and lower chest with an inquisitive touch before it retreats lower and settles back onto the bone of his hip, holding him down with a firm grip as he rocks himself forward. He'd already been laying there half hard since before the kissing, ever since their close proximity and the added audio began, and there is no way to hide it now as their bodies press together— isn't even aiming to hide it but instead hopes to draw the same reaction in return, to know that Wei Ying feels the same in return, that he wants, that simply kissing is not enough, could never be enough. ]
