[ Its funny, how unknowingly in sync their minds can be. Wei Wuxian toying with the idea of being owned and consumed by Lan Wangji, feeling hesitation for how absurd it is as the man in question, who deals with such thoughts time and time again, appears disinclined to show his usual measure of restraint.
What started as a distraction— a desire to steer away from melancholy thoughts and show there is one person here who still cares for him, who will offer up whatever is needed— has quickly built into something more as the affection and lust seeps in. Perhaps it is the realization that the situation is ultimately out of their hands, that they very well could be parted and there is apparently nothing they could do about it, but it has brought about a sense of urgency, a desire to overwhelm and be overwhelmed by the essence of the man still in his lap, his zhiji, to bury himself in him (perhaps quite literally).
Suddenly the kissing stops and there's movement, Wei Wuxian soon finding his back coming into contact with the dewy grass before a familiar weight is pressing him down into it and a warm mouth is on his neck, its owner apparently not caring at all that they are far from the usual privacy of their room. ]
